Michelle is an artist based in Detroit known for painting life-sized portraits of women that are inspired by the community of strong, independent, hardworking and beautiful women she is surrounded by. She creates paintings and murals that incorporate her definitive patterns, colors and geometry that merge with her sensibilities for photorealism. Tanguay participated in the Red Bull House of Art program in 2012 and the Sierra Mistt Exquisite Collaboration (Detroit) program in 2014.
