This limited edition TRIPTYCH SET OF 3 SKATEBOARDS, produced and numbered by the SKATEROOM in 2019, is a tribute to JR's famous 2016 event at the Musée du Louvre. During the event, the artist caused a stir by covering the museum's renowned glass Pyramid with historical photographs from before its construction. The resulting anamorphosis brought the museum's former entrance back to life and sparked a discussion on the significance of the past and our tendency to forget.
