Stacey Rozich | A Charnel House Divided

Stacey Rozich's work draws inspiration from a broad spectrum of folkloric references, building vignettes that explore different human conditions that speak to a deeper significance through striking and familiar imagery. Her work depicts figures that recall one’s own relationship with the mortal world and the realm of dreams through premonition, symbolism, and nostalgia. All works are created in watercolor and gouache.

All proceeds from the Heliotrope Prints series benefit the Heliotrope Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by artist Caledonia Curry (Swoon) to advance the values & vision of her community-based projects. The Heliotrope Foundation supports three core projects: Braddock Tiles in Braddock, Pennsylvania; Konbit Shelter in Cormiers, Haiti, and The Music Box Village in New Orleans, Louisiana.
